Contributions to “Paul Fitts for County Commissioner” are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Contributions from corporations, business entities, NC registered Lobbyists, labor unions, professional associations, insurance companies, or anonymous contributions are prohibited.

An individual may contribute $4,000 per election. Couples may contribute $8,000 per election from a joint account, but such a contribution requires a written consent form signed by both donors stating the amount that should be attributed to each donor. All contributions are required to be made with personal funds and not those of another. Personal/Individual Credit Cards only”

All contributors contributing over $50 for the election must be reported with the full name of the contributor, the address, employer and occupational information.
